Sala VIP Miro Lounge Barcelona Priority Pass Lounge Review Salsaworldtraveler'sblog

The Joan Miro lounge is a 3rd party lounge, meaning it is not managed by any airline or alliance. However, almost all business/first classes have access to it, as well as Star Alliance Gold members. I believe, based on the sign out front, every alliance member with status has access to this lounge, as well as Priority Pass members.

The Sala VIP Miro lounge. Link: Sala VIP Miro lounge @ BCN; I went in the morning, around breakfast time. There weren't many peeps in the lounge, and getting in was quick and easy. The desk agent scanned my Priority Pass card - and the gate was under 5 minutes away. Perfect. We set down our luggage and checked it out.

REVIEW Sala VIP Miró lounge BCN The Luxury Traveller

Notes: The Miro Lounge in Barcelona's new Terminal 1 is by our account, almost fantastic. We were welcomed by a friendly agent who promptly checked us in and pointed out a couple of the lounges features. By normal international business/first class lounge standards, food choices were lacking but far better than anything you'll ever find in a US domestic lounge.

Barcelona Miro Lounge Review Overall - 2/3. The Barcelona Miro Lounge is a fairly solid lounge to kill time at, but nothing special. If you like getting your drink on, the lounge definitely excelled on that front. The seating was comfortable enough, but the level of crowdedness - at least when we visited - was unfortunate. All in all, a.

The Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) has a third-party VIP lounge that's shared by many airlines as well as Priority Pass. Based on past experience, we almost skipped this one but thought we would take a look. The Sala Joan Miro in Terminal 1 at Barcelona is located near McDonald's after Passport Control.

Miro Lounge, Barcelona Airport D Gates Miles from Blighty

Located in the non-Schengen part of Barcelona El Prat Airport Terminal 1 (D/E Gates), Sala VIP Joan Miro is the default lounge for almost all eligible passengers departing from this area. This is usually bad news since airport operated lounges are often poorly run and designed, however this one left me pleasantly surprised.

Sala VIP Joan Miró Lounge Barcelona BCN review

The lounge is located in the non-Schengen part of Barcelona El Prat Airport's Terminal 1. This is the terminal used by British Airways and Iberia, as well as a number of other international airlines. I haven't previously flown out of Barcelona - only in - and was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
